Cholla Bay, Rocky Point, Mexico is unique in that it offers both bay view lots and ocean view lots. Only a couple minutes outside of the town, this is a smaller, gated community largely of Canadian and US expats. Cholla Bay has a few of its own very popular restaurants and bars with live music. Not yet on city water/sewer, Cholla Bay is nevertheless a great place to build your dream vacation or retirement home.
